It's delicious!

Today's blog offering is about Cakealicious who are from Gormandale in Victoria. I hadn't the foggiest idea where that is and according to google it's about 20 minutes southeast of Traralgon in Gippsland (ha, learn something new every day).

Ha - also just found out how to put two pictures side-by-side (wow 2 new things learned today!)

sorry, I digress - back to Cakealicious.

I love the simplicity of the Mother's Day cake - if you had a few moulds (which I have) you could do a heart shape using flowers as here, or buttons, or wee birds, or a random mixture of shapes.

Or you could use those wee fondant cutters and do lots of shapes.

These are white chocolate roses - beautiful. Love the contrast with the brown chocolate leaves. Very elegant.
